Trying to list sneakers - bugs galore & postage issues!

I've been trying to list some trainers for the last 3 days!

I am following the listing wizard by searching for existing listings and then amending to my specifications (size etc), and also starting from scratch. However when I reach the end and preview, it shows different postage options and the issue is not consistent!
My listing clearly shows the eBay authenticity gaurauntee and DPD postage, but when I preview or even make it live, it reverts to either local collection, contact seller for postage costs, a link to calculate and something else I'm probably forgetting. It is driving me mental! I'm not new to this!

I already had spotted other bugs, during the listing creation, if I selected the eBay suggested price but changed my mind and amended it manually, the listing kept reverting back to the eBay suggestion regardless of how many times I edit it. 

I've tried via safari and DuckDuckGo browsers and the eBay app via iPhone and iPad.

Honestly eBay is so buggy and not user friendly, do their developers and testers not bother anymore?

The site seems to be in a competition with London Zoo for the amount of bugs. Over the last 2 weeks I've have sold items that should go via AG but I've just been given the buyers address and eBay give them free postage and I've had the buyer given free postage but I need to send to ebay, also it working fine. Each time I phone eBay they apologise and say they will pass the report onto the team who are working on it and if I send them proof of purchase for the postage I can get it refunded. The worst part is on the listing it states the item will go to ebay to be authenticated but once its sold its not included so the buyer will already be thinking something is up, thankfully I have the feedback to fall back on but its embarrassing for a site to be so broken for so long.
