Simple Delivery

Can someone advise me on how I mark my orders as despatched if I didn’t use simple delivery label

i have searched everywhere, and now my order is saying late despatch, it was delivered a week ago

buyer has confirmed delivery, but hasn’t marked as received. I have about 12 orders all with this issue, and no way of adding tracking and getting paid

If you don't use the Simple Delivery label,  you'll need to add the new tracking which will show the item dispatched this way:

• Go to "Orders Paid & Dispatched"
• Click on "View order details"
• Within the "Postage" section there's a small dropdown arrow next to "Track Package" - click on that.
• Click on the "Add tracking" option
• A box will come up with the current tracking number . Delete that and replace it with your tracking.

You may need a laptop / PC and not the app or mobile browser to do this, try Chrome,  that seems to work well with eBay.

Do I need to do anything with the label first

i I haven’t downloaded or anything yet so it’s sat in waiting to despatch

You need to go to Orders and then select "Awaiting Dispatch' from the dropdown menu, or click on this direct link:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT

You'll then be able to add your own tracking number.

After 30 days the buyer will be refunded for the Simple Delivery label, you don't need to do anything.

You have to generate the SD label first to mark dispatched.
