My teenage son has just sold an item, but is panicking because he is abroad until Sunday night and obviously cannot ship the item within the two days ebay expects.
I've offered to step in and handle things on his behalf, but cannot access his ebay account because ebay defaults to my account each time I submit his details.
Is there a way of doing this? Also: is there a way of chatting with a human being without having to first deal with a bot?
Any help gratefully received.

Go to the Overview page. Top left hand corner you'll see 'Hi [your name]. Click this and you'll get the option to sign out.
Sign out, then sign in again with your son's ID.

Log out of your account and clear cookies, then you should be able to log into his account. Or just use a different browser. eBay won't help you access someone else's account.

Hopefully your son is over 18 because under 18s are not allowed to have an ebay account.

If you are still struggling speak to CS on this link: eBay Customer Service
But do not mention your son's age if he is under 18.
