Royal mail tracking not updated in ebay

I posted 4 Royal Mail tracked 48 parcels on Monday, Ebay shows no tracking activity on the sold items but if I check on the Royal Mail "Track your item" page all show that they are in transit showing up to date details.  Has the link between Royal Mail Tracking and Ebay failed?

Hi there isn't a number they call you if you go on the chat and ask to speak to customer service they will ring you my royal mail still hasn't update on the 1 I had since 8th jan

ebay are not showing delivered even if you can prove it has  even with a photo they will make you wait 2 weeks so they get the interest on your money one of the oldest business scams there is

So far my items sent by royal mail tracked 48 have showed 'delivered' on ebay and so are updating from royal mail.

There was a delay the other week when the royal mail tracking did not show on ebay, hence a delay in funds being released.

If the 'delivered' status does not show in ebay, even though it shows on the royal mail site, I suppose I have to have a call back from ebay and beg them to look at the royal mail tracking site to release my money two days after the royal mail tracking says 'delivered'.

The other scenario is if the post/courier person does not scan the item upon delivery so no delivery status on royal mail or ebay.  I don't think even first class begging will work in this case and so it will be 14 days to wait for ebay to release the money.

It's the worst thing they ever done on ebay and lots of people stopping doing it as royal mail are not scanning parcel & tracking isn't working it like the country gone to pot

Exactly my issue/worries, if it does not update as delivered on the eBay side, they are sitting on bucket loads of cash, accruing vast amount of interest so they really don't have any incentive to sort the issues, it's us the sellers that are losing out.

Of the last four items of mine showing delivered on the same day by royal mail - three are showing delivered on Ebay and one is still saying dispatched however all four have been paid into my account!
