Royal Mail parcel returned to sender - could not deliver to GSP hub.

Hi,

I sent a parcel through the GSP and it was scanned today by Royal Mail as "Recipient not at address. Returned to sender. "

I printed the label through ebay, so there were no manual address changes. My buyer has reached out to me as they are concerned. Was this a miscan, how can I find out if my item has actually arrived at the hub?

Live chat stated they couldn't help and would have another team reach out to me in a few days.

Seems very unlikely that it wouldn't have been delivered.  All you can really do at the moment is to keep an eye on the tracking for any updates and reassure your buyer that you will refund in full if the item is returned to you.

EBay are the only ones that can refund as it’s a GSP item.
