I recently had a listing taken down through VeRO. I followed instructions, contacted the rights holders and exchanged all the information requested to show the products were genuine. I have several emails to show that they have been confirmed as genuine and not counterfeit.
I also contacted the 3rd party 'Redbrain' with the same information. The 2 parties have discussed the issue and Rebrain asked me to fill out a form challenging their instruction - which was successful.
They have sent me an email stating so - and telling me the rights holder has confirmed their approval.
They have sent a 2nd email to Vero@ebay asking them to reinstate my listing and that everything conforms.
Does this now happen automatically, or is there some other hoop that i must leap through - because the ebay listing reference which was taken down, which i gave to Redbrain and which now appears in this 'instruction' to ebay - does not seem to exist when i type it in.
Or do i simply relist - and hope that ebay have processed this information - or is that likely to get me in further trouble.
many thanks for anything constructive.

Yes, once Ebay have been informed by the brand holder that all is OK, Ebay re list your items automatically. Well, that s what happened to mine anyway.

a problem that you could have is the question being asked - how can a private seller be holding stocks of and selling brand new items.
Of course your buyers are paying an extra fee they should not be paying.
