Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.
I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo.
anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

Sorry but overseas does have an issue. Sold 5 lots to a buyer in Thailand. 2 were listings not on simple delivery and 3 were on simple delivery. I am unable to send an invoice for the items listed on UK simple delivery. When clicking the send invoice, the invoice page comes up with a large blue banner to the top stating:
"Invoices cannot be sent for items where eBay manages all or part of the postage. These items are excluded from this invoice."
It is not just this one case as I have another single item to an overseas buyer that is the same. Unable to send an invoice and same message. I rang ebay 2 days ago and they said they would raise a ticket and get back to me within 48 hours. Not holding my breath!!

All because of these changes i'm now getting silly offers just to allow for the extra fees ebay have applied (obviously i've not accepted any of them)....Thanks a bundle Ebay.

I would not use the offers option. Just set a minimum price you are happy with. I am selling off inherited stamps, first day covers and thinning out my vintage postcards. I am trying selling in groups of 3/6 items to save Buyers Protection Fee for the buyer. I also refund postage if buyer are prepared to pay upfront. A lot of my buyers are regulars thankfully and trust me, Will monitor and see if buyers are happier with this.
