Can't print Simple Delivery Label

When I try to print an SD label I'm getting "It was not possible to generate the label. Invalid value for 'Email' in the 'Post to' address." Any suggestions on how to fix this? (Annoyingly I've already been charged for the label!)

Hi I’m registered as a business on eBay and don’t have the create discount feature on marketing tab in the seller hub. Any reason why it would show up when my listings have lots of stock.
