How right you are.I've sent offers to buyers before and NOT been charged
for it but i'm a private seller so maybe a charge is applied for
business sellers.
Correct me if i'm wrong but I think it's ebay who send these offers and
not the seller.Usually this is done by how you search for items or items
you have in your watch list.
All because of these changes i'm now getting silly offers just to allow
for the extra fees ebay have applied (obviously i've not accepted any of
them)....Thanks a bundle Ebay.
