Totally agree, none of my kids purchase anything off of ebay. Agree re
burning goodwill and driving people away, they're left with trying to
extract as much fee income as possible from those who still use the site
as either sellers or purchasers.
Agree that the changes haven't had a full year to take effect and that
if they had the increase may have been higher. But even with BPF being

Without looking back through the messages I believe that the CS agent
being referred to was unaware of the new promoted listings money grab
policy until they took the call from the seller in question. You'd
expect an organised well run multi-national...
Ebay are running out of people to fleece, that's why they've brought in
Simple Delivery. It would be interesting to see how much of a cut ebay
are on from Evri and Royal Mail.
