As I see it, Ebay have evidently made it much more difficult to continue
to be a personal seller if you have more than the odd couple of items to
sell - delaying payment to two days after confirming delivery, no
invoicing capability, send everything ...
I think its the fact that buyers are already protected on purchases
through Ebays general terms and conditions, but this added fee to buyers
of listings from personal sellers seems more of an excess of protection
that they are already covered for - p...

month (pre-BPF and the invoicing debacle) and its over 41% drop off in

Still no resolution to this issue - fortunately I have a couple of
regular buyers who know of this and are aware, so have been ok to pay
full postage amounts and receive a refund on the excess postage, but
