I'm a private seller and 'normal' post is still available to me for new
listings, re lists and sell similar. I have to use chrome on the PC
though, on the app, I have to use SD.
You usually adjust the size of the label on your computer. Mine comes up
when I click 'print' and there is a setting section that allows me to
change size, colour etc.Ebay can't adjust your printers settings, it's
something you have to do, if like me...
You can't send a refund for postage if using simple delivery because
Ebay have the money and provide the postage labels. You get your £20.00
and that's it.
