Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.
I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo.
anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

Just to mention a little change related to Simple Delivery that I have just noticed whilst experimenting, apologies if it has been mentioned before:
I have my handling time set to 5 days. I never take that long, mostly despatching next day, but I like to have the elbow room in case life gets in the way for a day or two.
If I select Simple Delivery, that changes to 3 days handling. There are no options greater than 3 days handling under Simple Delivery.
If I now change back to Custom Postage, handling remains at 3 days but I can go in and edit it back to 5.
May not concern many people!

3 days is the maximum timeframe allowed in Simple Delivery.

Already do this...Very easy and you can get them to collect for free with the address label as well....How bads that.👍👍👍👍

and if you have 50+ listing to change then that takes time.
If it takes longer to process , then simply list less items.
I allocate an amount of time to the platform - and as i can't recall any changes ebay have made which speeds up any process.
Im down to around 40 items a week from 125 a couple of years back - that followed removing 3500 Set Sales to another platform when ebay started taking fees on postage.

I have just had a very heated conversation with a customer service
One of my customers has just paid for items and it came up with simply delivery which I may add I 100% didn't use that function then they processed to mark item as dispatched with out my knowledge
This cannot be right surely
The customer service person said she had no facilities to mark these items as un dispatched
Really not happy
