Option to send invoices disappeared

Option on sold listings to ‘send payment details’ has disappeared and I’m unable to send people invoices for combined orders like I normally do. I did a live chat with customer service, but I don’t really think they knew what I was talking about.

I have buyers waiting to pay, but are reluctant to pay for the entire postage cost in one go and have me refund due to the amount of money they would have in limbo. 

anybody else having the same problem? Anyone at eBay able to confirm it’s being looked into so I can tell my buyers?

how long did you wait ? You can adjust how long you wait for buyer to pay from 3 to 27 days i think

same here but perhaps there is a reason? if some one buys two items & the
seller is able to combine p.p. eBay only gets 1 buyer protection fee
whereas if the buyer has to pay for both items separately each time they
get twice the protection fee [which goes towards their profit] could I be

Then they need to fix that.
Better when we got charge a fee for listing.
Trying to copy another site V****** unsuccessfully it would seem.
At least you can do a bundle with them.

I think it would be fairer if the BPF only applied to items over a certain value and should only be applied to an order not each item. This BPF *bleep* has killed my sales.

Same problem.  Unable to send combined p&p invoices. Unhappy customers left with crazy postage costs and many unlikely to have the confidence to rely on me for a large refund after payment.

Have refunded £20 postage and now have to wait days to get the money back. Taken from available balance which is now -£3.09. Surprised they didn't grab it from my bank. Today buyer asked to combine before buying so i took them off and made a listing for him with correct postage. But most buyers don't have a clue what is going on and just buy them all anyway without question because i've always been fair and combined it's on my listings.

It must be affecting them in some way as there seems to be a lot of adverts by ebay on TV at the moment....Maybe they are losing customers.
