Hi all, I'm currently selling on Ebay and am having so many problems with the quality of videos that I am uploading. The videos on my phone are perfect, and I have uploaded them to other selling sites and its crystal clear, however whenever I check the videos on Ebay the video quality is so bad. Personally I think this is having a massive effect on my selling chances as its not a good look for potential buyers. Does anyone have any recommendations please?

You might want to check the format of the video:

eBay will be recompressing larger videos to reduce size (storing videos in large quantities costs a lot for the server capacity etc.).
As 4_bathrooms says, you might get a better result if you convert the video yourself first to something that fits eBay's target format. Then there's a hope eBay won't recompress it.
Personally when I've seen a listing with a video included I've never been interested to watch a video. So I don't know whether the image quality of your video affects sales much.

Never watched a video ever. The only time I would is to see a 'used' complex item working.
