This seems to be happening more and more.
You can cancel the transaction under " buyer requests to cancel"
Everything should be refunded and I think your postage fee maybe credited or refunded, I am unsure on this as I have never purchased eBay postage labels. I use the post office direct.
I would also block that buyer on your block buyers list.

Yes you can cancel the postage label, normally takes a few weeks to receive the payment back i.e once Royal Mail see that the label has not been used. If you have a look around on your sold item you will find cancel postage label.

Cancel the purchase, cancel the postage label. The postage label will be refunded after 2 weeks (Royal Mail wait to confirm label not used in the meantime).
If a buyer wants to cancel there is no point refusing/fighting it. If you insist on posting the item they will then claim it didn't arrive or open a return. Cancelling is much easier.
Some buyers purchase item then read the description, only to realize they didn't want the item, so ask to cancel. That is because some buyers are idiots. Selling on eBay can sometimes feel like quite a lot of dealing with idiots. That is life.

It doesn't help that once a buyer has paid eBay now tell them they could have bought the same item at a lower price with another seller🤷♂️ .

You can void and get a refund for your eBay postage label via the link below, use the more actions menu to select the void option.

People make mistakes. I bought a £600+ item on here and only after I purchased did I notice it wasn't the model I needed and couldn't use. Totally my mistake, and seller was kind enough to cancel. I did apologise. Life happens. We make mistakes.

It does happen but very annoying nonetheless. People generally are far to quick to buy now, ask questions later.

Especially with the sponsored listings & customers also bought adverts showing, you have to scroll down more to see the actual listing description and I do not think some bother . The site is very cluttered in my opinion.
