my parcel was delivered on Wednesday to my local collection point, however i still have not received a code to collect it or any indication that it is ready to collect. it has been almost 5 days so i am worried that my parcel will be sent back to the seller. how can i get my parcel?

If its Evri you only have 10 days so be quick.

honestly customer services were just as confused as i was, apparently it seems to look like it was just a delivery rather than a local pickup (it was definitely a local pickup because i chose this option and the parcel had actually been delivered to the collection point) so im guessing it could be a mistake on the sellers end. The guy at the collection point was kind enough to give me my parcel but needs me to provide a code so he can get paid and ebay still has yet to provide me with one 🙂

The postage label should have an eCP code on it. If they have hand written it, they may have forgotten to put it on which would cause your problem, although the collection point shouldn't accept the parcel without it.
If the code is on there, then it's Ebays problem to provide the venue with the release code. At least you have your parcel.
