How do i view the detail of historical items i have sold on ebay

I am trying to get some details on previous items I have sold on eBay, but there does not appear to be an obvious way to do this.

The sort of info I am looking for is when, opening bid price and sold bid price

Does anyone have any suggestions, please?

Do you think you spoke to the Philippines call centre?  If you contact CS now,  there's more chance of Dublin answering I would advise trying again but only speak to Dublin.

Thank You very much... did speak to an Ireland-based CS rep and had a totally different experience.

I appears I have been looking in the wrong place..

1. When you open your "My eBay Account"  I was selecting the My eBay Link which is wrong.

2. I should have been selecting a link on the left-hand side of the page, which in my case is Hello John.

3. This is the link that gives the all-important Link to the  Request your eBay Data....

Oh excellent, and certainly does confirm what we all think here,  it is well worth getting hold of Dublin for the best help! 

Great to know where to find that all important link to historical data too!
