Has anyone noticed how ebay are now holding more of your money than they should?
Example
Item 1 sells wednesday - total cost £17.75, delivered Friday and payout due Sunday/Monday - payout value £15.90
Item 2 sells friday - value £8.69, delivered Tuesday payout due Thursday, payment value £7.70
Item 3 also sells friday to same person, same values as above, but a partial refund to cover postage issued value £2
Monday payout - £15.75 not £17.75 as ebay have taken the refund from the funds held and have not attributed the refund to the item that was refunded.
SO item 1 now has a £2 reduction due to item 3 having a postage refund?? Item 3 does shows a postage refund, but has no value assigned to that.
I am aware I can make changes manually to my data to show it correctly, but surely ebay should only be taking the monies allocated for partial refunds from the monies they hold for those items, not just generic held funds
