Charities and ebay shop subscriptions

Hi, I've started working for a local charity setting up and running their ebay account.  We get the reduced final value fees for charity of 1.1%, and presently we pay a 36p insertion fee per listed item.  Are charities able to take advantage of ebay's shop subscriptions without it affecting the 1.1% final value fee rate for charities?  We now have around 250 listings so it would make financial sense to opt for a basic shop subscription with the included 250 listings at £33 a month, if we are able to.  Any guidance would be appreciated.  Thank you.

As far as I'm aware the charity's eBay account should be just like any other business account bar the fee structure. What do you see on this page?

Give me ambiguity or give me something else.
