Even the vast majority of anchor-store subscribing mega sellers don't get a dedicated account manager.
What is it you need help with?

Here are eBay's shop subscription benefits.
Even anchor store subscribers who pay an extra £437 (+VAT) a month do not get a dedicated account manager - they (apparently) receive an invitation to eBay Concierge. All other subscription levels - including no shop subscription - receive "Standard" customer service (the standard is very poor).
You would likely need to be one of eBay's top 20 UK sellers (by turnover) to have a dedicated account manager.

You need to register with eBay VeRO
contact vero@ebay.com for more information and to start the process.

How to protect brand? How to get verified on here? Like on amazon you can
get brand registered, so all your rights are protected agains other
sellers, is there an option on ebay?
eBay has their Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) programme. However; it is reactive not proactive - you use it to report violations of your intellectual property.
It is worth noting that under eBay's User Agreement you forfeit all rights you have to any content you provide to eBay (i.e. copyright) and allow other parties connected to eBay (including other eBay users) to use things like your images and text. There is a way to avoid this - anything you want to retain copyright over must be published on a separate website with a copyright notice from a legal entity other than the one named in your eBay account.

@4_bathrooms This is interesting as I was not fully aware of the implications forfeiting all rights...
So you would have to have your own website ( in a different name ie Joe Bloggs emporium? even though say your ebay handle was " account 123" ) and that website show the items or just the copyright notice?
Would this be " Owner reserves all rights?"
And if so would this have to be stated in the description on eBay or just the website or both?
I am just asking ( only a private seller) and do not have anything that is my " brand"... but find it valuable knowledge and it may help others?

Your eBay account will be registered to a legal person (Person A); that is who uploads content to eBay - it doesn't matter what the eBay username is. The crucial thing to remember is when you upload content to eBay you cannot grant eBay any rights you don't have. For example, a footwear business does not grant eBay copyright for all eternity over any Nike stock images they upload.
The website only needs to contain the content you want to protect like your own images - this means images you have taken or created yourself. At the bottom of every page of that website there should be a copyright notice stating something like "All content including images and item descriptions are copyright © 2011 - 2025 Person B". "Person B" just needs to be different to "Person A" who is identified as the owner of the eBay account.
If someone then used one of your images without permission Person B would file a NOCI for copyright infringement giving the URL where their content is copyrighted.

So Person B, who is clearly known to Person A, has granted Person A permission to use images, but no-one else. Hence Person B can protect Person A on ebay.
Genius!
