15-minute intervals on scheduled listings

Started a new account in January which only allows new listings to be scheduled at 15 minute intervals. Listings on my old accounts could be scheduled 1, 2, 3, 4 5 etc etc minute intervals as desired.

Needless to say this makes listing more inconvenient and does not allow listings to be grouped together for maximum selling impact. I spoke to ebay about this and they made some mealy-mouthed excuse about "making the system work better".

Has anyone else comes cross this problem? Look forward to any comments

That's a new one to me! 

My scheduling still allows 1 minute intervals.

May or may not be related, are you using the phone app or a computer?

I'm using a laptop.

The new account seems to be in a different format to the old one, and I wondered the problem might be that because it's a new account, and I don't have much feedback (15 at present), there are restrictions on its use.

All the same it's very annoying

The feature is still there.

Go down to the Pricing section on the listing form, click on the 'see pricing options' menu over to the right, then it looks like this:

Click on Scheduling so that it's blue, then you'll see this:

Use the dropdown menu to select the hour and time (in minutes) that you want.
