Hello, I've recently sold an item that was paid for and the buyer came to collect it themselves. It still shows as ' arrange for collection '  in my account and I can't specify it has been collected without a barcode from the buyer. She doesn't have this info to give me and I don't want it to affect my ratings being at the status it is now. How can I mark this as collected without the help from the buyers input? I purchased some water test strips. They were described as aquarium test strips but they were for testing swimming pool water.  Not useable for aquarium water. Items were returned via Ebay return policy with tracking info. Seller has refused delivery from the post office. Seller instructed post office to send the items back to me. I've listed some used cricket kit as one lot, including a bat, a couple of days ago for 7 day auction. I've already had messages asking to buy bat separately. It has one bid and 2 watchers. Listed as collect only, but the bat alone could be posted inc overseas, should i cancel listing and relist as 2 or is that unfair to early bidder (or even not allowed?) And would I have to pay a fee. I have sent back damaged item to seller as requested for a refund. Seller has refused the return from Post Office, and is returning to me. They have sent me messages advising they have tried to refund me several times and it isn't going through. I have had no problems before with this so do not accept this. If I post an item as 'Buy it now' without auction, I believe I am charged 50p if it sells. Is that correct? Is it still free to list? I think it is - but just checking. I know you get charged 50p on top of other fees if you combine it with auction. If it doens't sell, or if I eventually withdraw it, do I still get charged 50p? Can you withdraw it at any time or do you have to set a time? I've been selling auction listings for a while - but I'm hoping sell a few books - nothing of any real value - and I guess 'buy it now' would be a better option. Thanks in advance for any help. ... This has happened to me x2 I buy a item then I find out the order is coming from China  The last item I have just bought was a echo dot battery station it shows the item is in Rippon UK after I buy the item the tracking details shows its coming from China I have another item that did the same the delivery date is now showing 9th of September  Nothing against China but I think I should no where the item is located before I buy ,can I just cancel the orders and if I can cancel the order how many months do ebay hold the cash before I see it lol  ... I received an item that wasn't as advertised. I told the seller who offered me few pounds back and asked if I'd like to sell it on. Well I am not a seller. I simply wanted to send it back. This went on for about a week so when the day came I escalated the issue to ebay. They told me that the seller needed to arrange a courier as despite the seller listed as UK the product was actually from China. Well nothing happened. Still no courier, return address and no refund. The seller asked me to close the case so they could make a refund. That sounds dodgy to me? Can someone help as the ebay reply about resolving this within 48 hours is long gone. ... View more
