Buyer wants part of a bundle

I've listed some used cricket kit as one lot, including a bat, a couple of days ago for 7 day auction. I've already had messages asking to buy bat separately. It has one bid and 2 watchers.

Listed as collect only, but the bat alone could be posted inc overseas, should i cancel listing and relist as 2 or is that unfair to early bidder (or even not allowed?) And would I have to pay a fee.

Any thoughts or experience?

Alternatively can I revise listing and contact bidder to point out change and allow them to retract if they want to?

Thanks for responding, that's what I decided. It wouldn't have been fair. If it doesn't sell I will rethink listing.. V
