Royal mail postage label refund

I accidentally bought two labels for one item and I want to refund one of them. How can I do this? Neither of them is showing up in the 'postage labels' section where I went to try and void one.

Try again tomorrow,labels have been taking up to 24 hours to show in some cases.

Surely you contact where ever you bought the labels  from.

Seems strange for there to be a way of buying via eBay but no way of returning in the event of an error 🤷‍♂️
