Paying for items on collection

ebay keep pestering me to pay for an item that was a pay on collection vehicle auction why is that?

Will just be the BOTS auto sending Reminders. You are quite correct though you don't Pay for Vehicles on here until you have actually been and Inspected it. Checked  the HPI etc.
