I have agreed with a seller on refund bacuse the item falled apart. the seller only refunded the item not the shipping whichvis noy ok when the item is not usable. When trying to contact ebay it says that item is markee as refunded even though it's listed as partly refunded. I am in Denmark so my phone number isn't accepted when asking ebay to call. I have a buyer with zero feedback that has paid for an item but is asking for other details like my name, email, address, phone number. The item is collection only so I can understand they need the address which I have given them, but the buyer is making me suspicious.
