Front page of Ebay not displaying correctly

My Ebay account is not coming up as usual, and I can't get into it.  When I go into Ebay, everything is on the left side in a long list.

I seem to have seen another question on this today so it may be an ebay glitch

If you are using the app then try using a browser not going through the app

Try clearing cookies and cache by clicking on the Ctrl Shift and Delete keys on your computer
Restart your computer 
If that does not help then try another browser like Firefox or Chrome 

It may not work but worth a try
