how to get in contact

I have agreed with a seller on refund bacuse the item falled apart. the seller only refunded the item not the shipping whichvis noy ok when the item is not usable. When trying to contact ebay it says that item is markee as refunded even though it's listed as partly refunded.
I am in Denmark so my phone number isn't accepted when asking ebay to call. How can I getbin contact with them??

if you didn't you should have opened a Not As Described case to get a full refund. That is the full purchase price and the original postage. If you have paid the return postage then that will not be refunded. 

If you are in time you can still open the case with ebay to get the balance due, if seller does not refund then you can escalate to ebay You will need to enter tracking into the case to prove delivery.

If you are out of time then open case with Paypal.

If you had opened the correct case in the first place the seller would not have any option but to refund in full, exactly what you paid, as on opening a case the money is frozen and can only be released as a full refund through the case.
