The seller said he would not refund me but send another phone.I do not want another phone from the seller. Where do i stand with this ? Your help appreciated

This dress is the real thing but buyer said it did not look like it.I do not sell fakes. I have a lot of Versace and sold alot and never had any problems Buyer asked for return and I wonder is ebay will step in.
