Purchased some shoes and when I asked when I could expect deliver seller said they had forgotten to post them. Promised they would be posted 1st the next morning. They never arrived. They came a couple old days later.
Opened a case and it is still open, these shoes were not as described and I have informed seller who said I would get a refund when she has the shoes back.
i really do not know what the next step is now, Any help would be appreciated.
