Hello, I feel totally unclear about the followong simple dilemma as I don't completely understand the meaning of my settings, nor my rights and protections as a seller .... , I have a listing for clogs for which I have just receives a second offer from the same person of £20. No problem ordinarily (I am more than happy to accept this amount), except that the potential buyer lives in Genoa, Italy. My listing requires the (normally UK) purchaser to pay £2.95 small parcel Royal Mail postage and I am afraid to accept this particular offer becasue I don't want to have to pay the £10.95 postage to Genoa, nor do I want to get into difficulties with the buyer over postage costs for him/her. Last time I declined the offer from the same person due to my being afraid of what to do! My account settings show that I have opted to use the global shipping preferences for new eligible listings BUT I have also excluded all 219 international postage locations. Please can someone advise me as I don't understand what I should do? I am not a seasoned eBay seller! I look forward to hearing from someone who could, give advise me on whether or not to accept the offer - very many thanks! Best wishes, Anne
