I've listed an item with standard UK postage but an overseas buyer has won the auction. There was no contact from them asking about overseas postage. I'm not interested in shipping abroad and the postage costs are over £100 so I wish to cancel the transaction.   Whats the best way of handling this without affecting my rating? I understand they can't pay until I send an invoice.   I never realised the 'usual' UK postage would allow an overseas buyer to bid and will update my settings to stop this in future.   thanks in advance ... I had an item not arrive and delivery status and tracking info stated it was delivered on the same day I ordered it and Eesolution centre have rejected my appeal as it had tracking info on the order. The tracking info must have been fabricated as how does an order get made at 3 pm with a 3-5 day delivery option and arrive that same day?? eBay.co.uk is actually Hosting a dozen of crockery items labelled "rtx 3060 ti" the fact is that they do not sell the actual product but just an image of it. Having a term in their description saying jpeg only isn't sufficient to indicate that they are just trying fool buyers. Hello,   I feel totally unclear about the followong simple dilemma as I don't completely understand the meaning of my settings, nor my rights and protections as a seller .... ,  I have a listing for clogs for which I have just receives a second offer from the same person of £20. No problem ordinarily (I am more than happy to accept this amount), except that the potential buyer lives in Genoa, Italy.   My listing requires the (normally UK) purchaser to pay £2.95 small parcel Royal Mail postage and I am afraid to accept this particular offer becasue I don't want to have to pay the £10.95 postage to Genoa, nor do I want to get into difficulties with the buyer over postage costs for him/her.   Last time I declined the offer from the same person due to my being afraid of what to do!   My account settings show that I have opted to use the global shipping preferences for new eligible listings BUT I have also excluded all 219 international postage locations.   Please can someone advise me as I don't understand what I should do?
