Keep it simple when speaking to them or they may not understand your issue 😞
The reason your feedback was removed is because you lost the case .
IF Ebay will not help then i would open a case through paypal as they tend to check tracking far more in depth than Ebay do.
If you can get hold of Paypal i would also try speaking to them and explaining the situation on the phone.
If you purchase an item at 3.p.m. there is no way it can be mailed to you and received the same day 😞
