Hi All, bought lawnmower on e/bay using Paypal Dec 2019  with 2years warranty  Seller collected machine for repair following breakdown 17th Sept 2020 ,but has since played (ping/pong e/mails with me) without reparing/refunding or even returning machine as it is. Now  not answering Tel or E/mails. Seller  now has benift of both payment and the machine whilst I have nothing. I was bidding on an iphone but I received an email telling me that I had been outbid and lost. Then I received another email telling me that as the winning bidder had retracted, I was elevated to be the winner. I bought an item start of November and found out 21st nov that it was delivered 11th nov. However I didn't receive my item. What can I do. I spoke to Royal Mail who tell me that the address on the tracking details does not match mine. So either tracking details wrong or wrong address was put on it. Girl who sold me it not answering my messages. I tried getting a refund but it says delivered so nothing they will do.
