Hi All, bought lawnmower on e/bay using Paypal Dec 2019 with 2years warranty Seller collected machine for repair following breakdown 17th Sept 2020 ,but has since played (ping/pong e/mails with me) without reparing/refunding or even returning machine as it is. Now not answering Tel or E/mails.
Seller now has benift of both payment and the machine whilst I have nothing.
Card provider contacted but could be several weeks for reply even if bank decides to help.
Not sure if any options still open to me but grateful for any input. Alex
nothing you can do via eBay / PayPal but if they are a business seller you can get trading standards involved via CAB.
