Max £1 fee auction

I asked why I don't trust an auction with a maximum £ 1 selling fee. I cannot activate this promotion

While I do not know why you cannot access it [and it is usually by invitation] the £1 maximum fee is quite legitimate.  It comes up from time to time and does not last long.  There are usually conditions
