Item has not arrived a week after it was supposed to.

Request for item was closed by accident and not a word from seller, can I open a second request on that item and how do I do that if not then that's bull**bleep**.

If you opened a not received dispute and then closed it even by accident then you can not open another one,

If you paid by paypal then open the dispute there and escalate as soon as you can but withing 20 days

You really do not need to swear on here
