A lot of Chinese Sellers are Registered in China but have UK Warehouses which is perfectly legitimate as long as they Ship your Item from the UK not China. Anything that is not Delivered within a week or so means it has been shipped from China and you can Report them to Ebay for Misrepresenting the Item Location.
