Am waiting on a refund But the seller is asking me to close the returns application first I've been told not to Close until I receive my refund

You are right.   Do not close.  If seller does not refund you will be able to escalate the case to ebay after 3 working days.

Thank you But now that 4 times that I've been in volved them regarding this action .So I will wait a reply then see wot happens..
