I made a purchase on 11th November and paid immediately by Paypal. My payment was marked as pending and still shows as pending! Payment was processed and made on 16th November by Paypal and the seller confirmed in a message in 18th November. Since then, I have been unable to contact the seller, all messages go unanswered. Bought a bike as new . Recieved by courier and has a cracked frame ( carbon fibre ) had it looked at and it’s a £ 500 + repair and currently unridable . The seller insists it was not broken when he posted . HE organised the courier . I actually offered to keep the bike and have it repaired if he offered to pay half if I show all invoices for repair . He’s reluctant to pay . Should I simply open a dispute and return and have full refund ( it’s a fair amount of money ) as it’s sold NOT AS DESCRIBED ? I thought I’d made I good olive branch in offering to keep , but he disagrees . My concern is if he goes for compensation through courier , it may take a while and I’d miss my window to appeal the issue ? I paid via pay pal . Hi The buyer has changed his mind and now wants to keep the item. How do they cancel it, after I've already  excepted the return (  they changed their mind after I said they can return it ). Hi All, bought lawnmower on e/bay using Paypal Dec 2019  with 2years warranty  Seller collected machine for repair following breakdown 17th Sept 2020 ,but has since played (ping/pong e/mails with me) without reparing/refunding or even returning machine as it is. Now  not answering Tel or E/mails. Seller  now has benift of both payment and the machine whilst I have nothing.
