Hi All, hope you can help me. I have recently had a clear out and sold some stuff on Ebay. 1 item sold ; but the winning buyer contacted me requesting to cancel purchase as he had got the same item cheaper. no apologies , just expectation. As I am an infrequent ebayer, I said I would just check that I wouldn't incur any charges for cancelling and relisting; which resulted in an mildly abusive email "saying any decent person would just cancel sale". As a result, I told him I would let the resolution centre deal with it , as this was not an acceptable response. This resulted in him calling me a loser! I have been through the resolution centre and can now relist my item; But when I tried to leave feedback the only options are 'positive' or 'report buyer'. I have checked this buyer's profile and it is showing 100% positive, despite failing to pay and going through the resolution centre. I have reported him verbally to Ebay, and have blocked him from my account as advised; but feel frustrated that there are no warning flags to potential sellers about this buyer. This cannot be right ! Frustratedly yours Dawn
