Why did you leave your negative feedback on a positive green dot?

And considering the amount of negative feedback the seller already had why buy from them in the first place, particularly as they're in China?

Open a not as described case in the resolution centre and make a claim for a refund.

Didn't realise I'd given a green dot.
Didn't know it was China til I'd pressed the 'buy' button.

It is important to be clear

If it was one item and only part arrive it is not as described

If it was two items and only one arrived then you open a not received for the item you did not recieve.
