Issue a Refund

I've been trying to issue a partial refund to a buyer (postage saving), eBay help says to go to My eBay Sold and choose Send Refund from drop down memu, I can't see this option in the drop down menu, can anyone help?

You can issue a partial postage refund from your Paypal account.  Log into your Paypal account and find the payment on the summary page.  Click on it and you'll see the "Refund this payment" link.  Click on that and on the next page change the amount to what you want to refund, click on Continue and then submit.

Excellent; really clear and helpful, rather than eBay itself. Not something I need to do often, hence my struggle.
