Change negative feedback to a positive status

I gave a negative feedback status to a seller and I want to change it to a positive

Ask the seller to send you a Feedback Revision request.  If they don't know how tell them to go to Site Map, bottom of any page > scroll down past the categories, to Feedback > Request Feedback Revision.
