How does the buyer cancel a return

Hi

The buyer has changed his mind and now wants to keep the item. How do they cancel it, after I've already  excepted the return

(  they changed their mind after I said they can return it ). They say they can't see how to cancel the return on their purchased iitems ? Im sure this is where you can 

Paypal are holding the payment now too ?

Buyer finds the case in the resolution centre at foot of the page and closes it there.

No, once the Buyer Closes the Case. It will shut down and the PayPal Hold on your Funds will be Released.
