I purchased a tag watch on eBay and it turns out that the watch is a counterfeit. It's quite expensive and the seller is refusing to take it back.

Ignore the Seller and deal with Ebay. You have 30 days from Delivery to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and Open a Case for Item Not As Described in the Resolution Centre. The Seller has just 3 Business Days to Accept the Return. If he doesn't, Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in.
