I bought on eBay Amazon echo 8 + cam, but it is not possible to pay !

There is an error :

You are in Belgium and on the UK site

Does the seller ship to Belgium

Did you check before buying as if they dont ship to your country then you will not be able to pay.

If you cant pay then the seller can open a non payment dispute and once closed you get a non payment strike on your account

Sign out of ebay.co.uk and then into ebay for Belgium or ebay.com and put your question there

Sometimes an UK - seller ship to Belgium and sometimes not !
In the future I will check before to buy.

Yes you are right
Any member in any country can decide to sell overseas or not
You do have to click on the postage options and then on the drop down list choose your country
If Belguim is not on that list then you can not or should not buy
