Goods have not arrived, I cannot contact seller!

I made a purchase on 11th November and paid immediately by Paypal. My payment was marked as pending and still shows as pending! Payment was processed and made on 16th November by Paypal and the seller confirmed in a message in 18th November. Since then, I have been unable to contact the seller, all messages go unanswered. I went to the resolution center for help but get a message saying ebay cannot help because there is a prioblem with payment, which there isn't! Can anybody help, please?

Does it show as pending on ebay or on paypal

If it is on paypal then go tothe payment and see if you can cancel the payment it.

What does it say if you hover over the £ sign on the item in your Purchase History does it show paid

If you can not open the dispute on ebay or cancel the payment then open the dispute on papyal

Escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days
