Hi! Basic facts: 1/ Purchased an item that didn't work. 2/ Requested refund or replacement both politely and co-operatively, hoping for a mutually-agreeable resolution. Seller stated further items coming in stock, and kept this up for several weeks until the window for returns expired. 3/ Now ignores ebay messages and there are no business deals to make contact with the seller. All contacts from me have been genuine, polite and in the spirit of co-operation. Because this has been going on for several weeks, the usual ebay resolution options now appear closed. How do I proceed? Any advice gratefully received.
