Not received a refund-what to do?

The seller cancelled an item and said they would refund me but this was weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Tried contacting them but no response. Anyone know how to raise a case with eBay as don’t seem to be able to this for an already cancelled item?

If the seller cancelled on ebay the refund will have been issued automatically but there is usually a delay.  If you used your debit card, with or without Paypal, the money will return to your bank account in about 7 days.  Credit card refunds return to card in up to 30 days.  Only payments from your Paypal balance return to your Paypal account immediately.
